Paul Tibbitt leads the Business Development team, driving adoption, retention, and utilization of CJ Affiliate’s network across advertisers of all sizes. Prior to CJ Affiliate, Paul led sales in North America for Affinnova, helping to drive the transformation of the business model from custom projects to software-as-a-service. When Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October 2014, he was selected to head the strategic global accounts team for Nielsen's Innovation Practice in the U.S. Paul began his career in media consulting, both selling and leading engagements. He is a graduate of Clark University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a MBA in Marketing.
